What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

We offer a fixed price delivery of £3.95 for up to 10 30ml bottles

Returns & Refunds

What to do if I’ve changed my mind.

Within 14 days of receipt you are welcome to return any item for any reason as long as it’s in resaleable condition and any ink bottle has been unopened and unused.

Return postage to us is at your expense, we recommend that you use a tracked postage service, as the goods remain your responsibility until we receive them back in unused/resalable condition and have confirmed receipt.

An item in my order is damaged.

We pack our ink very well, however occasionally an item may be damaged in transit to you. Please take photos of the external box before opening and of the damaged contents and send to us.

Please do not return anything to us until we have confirmed what steps to take.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

You can pay for our fabulous ink by debit or credit card. We use PayPal as our payment processor – you don’t need a PayPal account to make a payment

How long will delivery take?

Orders are typically despatched within 24 hours and you should expect to receive your delivery within 48 hours.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Your personal data is very important to us. We don’t share your information with other organisations. Your payment is processed on PayPal’s website which is extremely secure.

What exactly happens after ordering?

You will receive an order confirmation email. Once we have carefully packed your order we will confirm despatch by email. You can login to your account to track the order process.

What's your address?

Blackbird Ink does not have retail premises open to the public and all sales are conducted online only.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?
